These are games. Not gambling.
SPINORA games are simulations built for entertainment. Please read this — it explains exactly what our games are, and where to find help if play ever stops being fun.
The short version
- 100% free. There is nothing to buy and no way to spend real money.
- No real-money gambling. No wager, no stake, no payout — ever.
- No prizes and no cashout. You cannot win money, goods or prizes.
- No value. Virtual coins, credits and items are worth nothing outside the game.
- Strictly 18+. You must be at least 18 years old (or older, where local law sets a higher age of majority). No one under 18 may use SPINORA — no exceptions.
You must be at least 18 years old to access, register for, or use SPINORA. Where the age of majority in your country, state or region is higher than 18, that higher age applies. There is no lower age limit and no exception for any reason.
Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from using the Service. When you enter a game you are asked to confirm your age; by continuing you declare that you meet this requirement. If we have reason to believe a user is under 18, we may restrict or permanently remove their access.
1. Our games are simulations
Every game on SPINORA is a social simulation of casino-style play, provided for entertainment only. The games may look and feel like real casino games, but they are not. There is no gambling of any kind: you never place a real wager, you never risk anything of value, and there is no possibility of a real-money win or loss.
2. No real-money gambling
SPINORA does not offer, facilitate or promote real-money gambling. You cannot deposit funds, you cannot purchase credits that carry monetary value, and there is no mechanism to withdraw or cash out. Because nothing of value is ever staked or awarded, use of SPINORA is not gambling.
3. Virtual items have no value
All coins, credits, points, scores and virtual items within the Service are provided solely for gameplay. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be bought or sold, and can never be exchanged or redeemed for cash, cryptocurrency, goods, prizes or any other benefit. Running out of virtual credits has no financial consequence.
4. Wins here do not predict real-money outcomes
The odds, payouts and behaviour of social simulation games can differ from real-money gambling products. Success or a "win" in a SPINORA game does not reflect the likelihood of winning at real-money gambling, and does not imply that you will experience future success at any real-money gambling activity. Please do not treat these games as practice for, or a predictor of, real gambling.
5. Play for the right reasons
SPINORA is meant to be light, fun entertainment. It is not a way to make money, recover losses, or escape difficult feelings. If you notice you are playing to chase a feeling rather than to relax, it may be a good time to step away.
- Treat play as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Take regular breaks and set your own time limits.
- Do not let games interfere with sleep, work, relationships or responsibilities.
- Remember there is nothing to win — so there is nothing to chase.
6. If you need support
Even though SPINORA is not gambling, the themes may not be right for everyone, and some people are affected by real-money gambling elsewhere. Free, confidential help and self-assessment tools are available:
BeGambleAware — free, confidential advice and support, 24/7.
If you or someone you know is struggling with gambling, please reach out to BeGambleAware or a local support service in your country. You are not alone, and help is available.
7. General disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" for entertainment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPINORA disclaims all warranties and is not liable for any decisions you make based on your use of the Service. This page forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
