These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SPINORA website located at https://bitteranchor.shop and the games and features made available through it (together, the "Service"), operated by SPINORA ("SPINORA", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What SPINORA is (and is not)

SPINORA is a free social game store. The games we offer are simulations of casino-style play provided purely for entertainment. They are not gambling. You cannot deposit money, you cannot win money, and you cannot withdraw or cash out anything. Any coins, credits, points or virtual items used in the Service have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be redeemed for money, goods, prizes or anything of value.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may ask you to confirm your age and may restrict or terminate access if we believe you do not meet it. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit their use.

3. Free-only; no monetary value; no cashout

• Outcomes in our games are for entertainment. Success in a SPINORA game does not reflect the odds of, and does not indicate future success at, any real-money gambling activity.

4. Your account and conduct

You may use certain features without an account. Where you provide information, you agree to keep it accurate and to be responsible for activity carried out through your use of the Service. You agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use.

5. Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree that you will not:

• use the Service if you are under 18 or otherwise not permitted to do so under applicable law;
• attempt to attribute real-world monetary value to virtual items, or buy, sell or trade them for anything of value;
• copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, scrape or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law;
• use bots, automation, exploits or any means to interfere with or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• upload or transmit malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts, damages or overburdens the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing or infringing purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

6. Third-party game content

Some games are made available to you through free "practice" or "demo" versions provided by third-party game studios and are embedded within our Service. Those games remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to the providers' own terms. We provide them for free entertainment only; no real-money play, deposit or payout is offered or intended, and their availability may change without notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, logos, the SPINORA name and mark, and all original artwork and software, is owned by SPINORA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, no rights are granted to you. Third-party names, trademarks and game titles remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service, or any embedded third-party game, will always be available, secure or free of errors.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SPINORA and its officers, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is free and involves no monetary value, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100) or the minimum amount required by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SPINORA from any claims, damages, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under your local law.
